    Henkel Flexible Packaging Academy is a specialised, industry-focused training program created for professionals across the flexible packaging value chain. Whether on the production floor or part of a strategic team, this program is designed to give you a complete, practical understanding of the lamination process.

    Classroom Sessions The program begins with structured classroom sessions that build a strong foundation in lamination for the flexible packaging industry. These sessions focus on materials, processes, and performance considerations that influence real production outcomes across the flexible packaging industry.
    Practical Learning Based on proven modules from Henkel’s Converters’ Academy in Germany and delivered in partnership with the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP), the program combines theory with hands-on learning. Conducted at Henkel’s training facilities in Mumbai and Istanbul, participants work on production-scale lamination equipment using materials, adhesives, substrates and testing methods commonly used in flexible packaging manufacturing.
    Peer Collaboration The program brings together professionals from across the flexible packaging value chain, creating an environment for shared learning and experience exchange. Participants learn not only from instructors but also from peer discussions around challenges, best practices and real-world production scenarios across different roles and regions.
    Industry-Recognised Certification At the end of the program, participants complete an assessment. On successful completion, they are awarded a joint certification from Henkel and the Indian Institute of Packaging as Specialists in Lamination Techniques for Flexible Packaging.
